Each year, the congregation elects a General Board which is responsible to the congregation. The Board has the authority to act on behalf of the congregation. The General Board receives reports from the minister, officers, and the various committees within the congregation. It is also responsible for conducting all legal business matters of the congregation and carries out such other responsibilities as may be defined in the bylaws.
